Another Day, Another Dollar (as the saying goes)

Here I sit in the office at church, waiting to lock the building up and pondering on God's Financial Provision, realising just how he provides my needs and a whole lot more in the realms of money on a regulart basis.
Back in April I was reminded by the threat of court action to clear a debt that had built up over the years. When you have to pay up six hundred pounds within seven days, and the bank accounts are empty, it left me with the question of "where do I find it?"
So looking for the answer I do my usual thing of having a chat with my heavenly father and taking his advice as to the best course of action, in this case it turned out to be re-routing my rental income from my flat in Essex and looking for money to pay my rent in Southampton, along with my start of month bills.
After this I find I have two weeks wages to invoice for, so with two weeks of lock up duties to invoice for as well, I find just enough to pay the rent and have some over to start the month of May. What a wonderful God it is that ensures we survive and have enough to live on as well, if only we trust in him. This is a daily thing I have to do and it's always a nice experience to chat with father on a daily basis. At the time of writing this post I again have a financial situation to sort out, my car needs a new starter motor and with only two weeks wages to be paid and being laid off work for the coming week, week comencing 10th May I'm trusting to have enough money to pay the rest of my monthly bills and pay the £150.00 plus to get the car sorted out. I'll try and let you know how things go in a later post.
But to live by the rules for a happy life is something I've done for the time I've lived in Southampton and never regretted it, why dont you all try it? Anyway it's time to complete this post and pray that God my heavenly father will bless each reader in their daily life......
