The Thoughts of These Days

Well here I am, sitting at the helm of the church visuals, with time to spare before the meeting starts and so I can take time out to post this blog. As I've been listening to the music group practicing I just get a great sence of my Saviours greatness and goodness... Songs with these words:-
You are God, You are Holy, History's your story
- He is good, good to us and his love endures forever - When I call on Your name You answer - By Grace I'm free, You rescued me, all I am is yours, I've found a love greater than life it'self - You chose the cross with ev'ry breath.
With all these wonderful words how can we not be forever be grateful for what Jesus has done and is still doing for each one of us, even when we dont deserve it or even when we've given up our faith. Jesus will not let us go and is still in the background waiting for each of us to call out to him and have a chat.
Daily I'm more blown away by the way Jesus comes to our aid when the needs arise. Two weeks ago my car starter motor died on the way to work. The Guys I was working for orgaised a taxi to pick me up at no charge and finish the journey. They then dropped me back at the car at the end of the day and I got recovered home. Transport was then sorted out with friends to get me too and from work for the rest of the week wich was easily completed with the minimal expense.
At the end of the week I'm in need of a major financial boost, but the bombshell comes in that my friends did'nt have any work for me during the coming week, so I'm laid off at a time when I could least do without it. But God can as always be relied on to supply the way out and this time was no different. During the week I put in some outstanding invoices and the result was an income of aproximately £600.00 that covered the immediate bills with a bit over for the start of the month bills, how great is that. During the weeks enforced holiday I take time to have a good rest and seek guidance as to what I should do during the following weeks for work. But the answer comes in before the end of the week that my friends have a weeks work for me, which I've accepted willingly with the exception of Friday when I'm employed by Outdoor Stages, the commercial arm of Miracle Street for an event in Portsmouth. So with this and my previous income I should be Ok for next month and God deserves all the thanks for no worries. Come the end of May I should be able to get the car repaired which should make me mobile and back to a normal way of living with a meeting for Prayer and Worship to look forward to at church tonight.
So I hope this post has something in it to benefit you the reader and I pray you will recieve a blessing as you read it. GOD BLESS YOU........................!
