Sunday 26th April
An early start to the day with the need to open up Central Hall for 0800hrs and cle
ar some tables from one of the rooms, a job left over from the end of the conference. Once the building was unlocked the four tables didn't take long at all to put away, although one could not be put in it's right place as there was a pallet of boxes in it's way. So on leaving it against the wall for being put away later I go and settle down to watch the worship band preparing for the morning meeting, As well as listening to the band practice I take the opportunity to type up some of the events of the preceeding week before the meeting starts. It's always amusing how God runs a meeting as today the topic to be spoken on was left until next week and after an extended time of worship and baptisms a short word was given on how God was getting his church and the building back to what he wants it to be, at the centre of city life. It was a very interesting insight into the journey of New Community Church and its future. After the meeting finished I'm off home for an afternoon of vegetating and computer work. and then eventually bed. So by this time it's Good Night & God Bless You

Well I dont know how I managed to go a whole week without an entry, so I'm hoping that the entries until the 2nd May are a acurate as I can remember. Well today was a one of working on a local job only to find that after waiting for a scafold tower to arrive, that was most of the morning and then when the welding machine arrived that failed to perform correctly and eventually died on us and that was the day at work
